Mexico would be nice, but Americans love their drugs so the mexican drug cartels run the place now.

I know several people who bought in 5/07. Talk about being the last casualties of a war. No one had any idea just one year ago that we were at an 80 year peak.

Now everyone is saying that it's going to be a decade or more before we see those prices again. But then again a climber never knows when his rope will stop being a good investment.

Obama bill: $845 billion more for global poverty
Democrat sponsors act OK'd by Senate panel that would cost 0.7% of gross national product "In addition to seeking to eradicate poverty, that (U.N.) declaration commits nations to banning 'small arms and light weapons' and ratifying a series of treaties, including the International Criminal Court Treaty, the Kyoto Protocol (global warming treaty), the Convention of Biological Diversity

lets talk about democracy slave wages and homelessness, actually , dosent matter what regime it is , if there is economic growth and inflation in it , society will eventualy go poor, homeless, and hopeless.Prices of homes rose 12X since 1971 from 18.000$ to 200.000$ in 2005, RENTS WENT FROM 250$ TO 1000$ a month. Salaries hardly even doubled since then, you do the math!! SO a housing crash is a blessing

Indeed, it is a blessing since that's the point of a correction: they bring something artificial prices back down to natural market rates.
