When I first watched this video, I never made any connection between the fact that the kid is black and that he stole their van.

I just pulled this video up again and I see all these comments about the video being racist or whatever.

Here's the thing. The more you make it an issue, the more it becomes an issue. Stop trying to point out every little thing in life that might be construed as racism, and racism will go away.

This video has ZERO to do with race. ZERO. Put your card away, Jesus Christ. This isn't a portrayal of a black person stealing a vehicle with devious intentions. Watch the whole video and for once in your lives use your brains. If anything it's a portrayal of races intermingling naturally. The kid is being a KID not a BLACK KID. The ending really sums up how wrong all of you are.

@datalorez I agree with you. I actually am the kid in this video, I never actually thought about tha way, It's actually pretty fun. And why is race such a big issue, i know these guys, my dads thier manager, and they wanted a kid for the video so they got me. So is there a problem with that. (that was to all the people who where being racist, not you) and NO I'm not SEAN KINGSTON!!!

You know people would feel bad if it turned out that this kid had done that make a wish foundation thing and he wanted to be in a music video of these guys. Not saying that is what happened but you people should calm down. Its okay for a child to hang out with a band. People that jump and say racist normally focus too much on race. Which is racist in itself.
