Hard to say - Frankie's hatchmate was talking before he was weaned, but it took Frankie about 6 months.

How precious, we just bought a 10 week old green cheek. we've had her two weeks and she already can open her cage and get out, and wave hi. how precious are these babies. Love your video, Frankie is a sweetheart.
