@FishBowl911 A tourbillon helps maintain time more accurately. With regards to Beat Haldiman, he fitted it into a watch case for the sole purpose of aesthetics. Cool idea. Very expensive watches.

This is the most beautiful of objects for me at least! I would be afraid to ask the cost, and anyway, it was once said, "if you have to ask, you can't afford it!". LOL!

If I was a footballer with a million pounds as pocket money, then perhaps that is to whom these and other similar types of watch, really as 'art pieces' are aimed?

Very beautiful and ultra rare art work but unfortunately, only few person in the world can own Haldimann watch. Hopefully one day in my life time, I can see his watch!!!
