Great to see new footage of this liner, shame its all gone now, it would have been so interesting to go on board just to see what it was like inside at this stage

Some people like Disney or Hawaii, but if I had my ultimate vacation, I'd have gone and seen this when it is was still above water.

We were on that ship when it was still the SS Australis...... loved her.

She is in fuetaventura, she has gone now to the depths below sadly, love fuetaventura so so very much! Holds special memories for me and will always have a special place in my heart.

It's not floating...it's the remains of the stern section.

Yep, back in 2000 there were still parts of the stern sticking up...this video was shot at a very low tide though.
