no problem DIExMFxDIE......i really appreciate ur input! i'm definitely getting it as soon as i get the money. i finally got a chance to play it in a local music store and the thing is awesome! i can't believe that it's under $1000...enjoy playing!

thanks DIExMFxDIE! i will definitely wait for ur input....the reason i'm asking about the neck is because when i played on some of the Gibson SG's in the past, it really bothered me, even when ur sitting down, u have to hold the neck up to play with it. my friend has an SG and he says that when he's playing standing up, the neck just point to the floor! some people says that the viper 1000 is not as bad as some of the SG's. but i'm looking forward on ur input and congrats on ur new guitar!

good job man! i'm thinking of buying the same guitar but some people complains that it's neck heavy, and it has tendency to point on the floor when playing standing up. is that true? if yes, does it also point on the floor when playing sitting down? metallica rules!

mmm yes, this is a very good guitar, but I think you test it before buy, this guitar is only for metal, it`s sound not versatile
