In 1987, this girl named Ellen gave me my first minor-keyed harmonica for my birthday. Thanks, Ellen!

  • You layered two harps... I can hear low chords when your mouth is on the high end and your room does not come equipped with a chorus feature its your comp you mixed the sound

  • @Jitsu0404 - I appreciate your comment, but the truth is its all one harmonica. It's called tongue blocking... I played the melody on right side of my mouth and I block holes rhythmically with me tongue. It's all real, brother. H

  • Fake

  • @Jitsu0404 - curious...what's the fake part?

  • reverb?

  • @sickmaninthebox - no reverb. just an old art museum in Southern Ohio with some really big acoustics. thanks for asking. Hal

  • I want minor harmonica too now. Always dreamed of playing this gypsy-like style. Thanks for sharing

  • I love that ethnic sound you get from the minor key harmonicas. I have a tremolo in the key of A minor. Brilliant sound, brilliant playing.
