遠雄企業團於台灣新北市遠雄左岸榮獲Living Labs Global專業肯定，獲頒全球第一座「創新卓越智慧城市」國際認證，遠雄延續「二代宅」以智能、綠能、性能為建築規劃核心之外，更以全新的都市發展思維出發，把「二代宅­­」升級到「二代城」，打造國際級「智慧城市」，整體計畫由新北市積極推動，交通大學Eco-City團隊技術規劃，遠雄企業團著手落實，過程中溝通整合了新北市城鄉局、­交­通局、工務局、水利局、警察局、中和區公所相關建議與配合。共包含12項智慧其中城市為7項i-Center、i-Net、i-Watch、i-Traffic、i-­Ca­ll、i-Bus、i-Light。住宅為5項i-Home、i-Service、i-Sensing、i-Energy、i-Care。


Farglory Leftbank is located in the New Taipei City, got the Certificate of Innovation and Excellence for Smart Urban Technologies from Living Labs Global, which was the first award in the world. There are 12 Technologies for the Farglory Leftbank ,7 Technologies for the city，including i-Center、i-Net、i-Watch、i-Traffic、i-Call、i-Bus、i-Light, 5 Technologies for the House，including i-Home、i-Service、i-Sensing、i-Energy、i-Care。
