  • @JK28JK i disagree my best freind has been weightlifting since he was 15 years old hes 22 now and hes 5 ft4 you may increase muscle size but may stunt your height

    thats a myth... lifting weights at a younger age will not hinder your growth, although it IS safer to wait until puberty to lift simply because you should be able to handle moore muscle growth

  • @JK28JK lifting heavy weights so young will stunt your growth

  • @ajbballstar12 Plyometrics increases your explosive power. Do a regular squat without weights to start and on the upward apex explode into a vertical jump. Check out GSP rushfit for more
