im a 15 year old long jumper, should i do more of a work out because of this?
-
@JK28JK i disagree my best freind has been weightlifting since he was 15 years old hes 22 now and hes 5 ft4 you may increase muscle size but may stunt your height
-
hey , jimmy im also 14 and i have one calve bigger than the other as i ride a skateboard any help to get them more even haha ?
-
@JK28JK yeeaaaa buddyy i wish i was working out when i was 14 i waited till i was 21 to get serious :( the younger the better you'll be the man in high school and dominate sports best of luck to ya bub

thats a myth... lifting weights at a younger age will not hinder your growth, although it IS safer to wait until puberty to lift simply because you should be able to handle moore muscle growth
-
@JK28JK lifting heavy weights so young will stunt your growth
-
@ajbballstar12 Plyometrics increases your explosive power. Do a regular squat without weights to start and on the upward apex explode into a vertical jump. Check out GSP rushfit for more

does this make u faster or jump higher because thats why i looked at it
