CBS visited Carolinas Medical Center to share the story of former NFL player Chris Henry, and his mother's decision to save the lives of others by donating his organs following a tragic accident.

Chris Henry's mom is strong indeed to have shared her son with so many others. I worked at CMC and I'm proud they could be a part of such a journey in the lives of many.

i went to the um donor center today on a field trip and we watched this video,,,i cried. the gift of organ transplants si really something remarkable..thank you chris henry and mrs henry for this emtional story

We are currently waiting for a Kidney transplant for my mother (she finally has a donor). But we all watched this this evening and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. What a beautiful decision you made Ms. Glaspy that touched soo many lives. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.
