Great upload. Really enjoyed it

just great to have a variety of musicians who just jam, & follow there hearts where ever the music takes them, no matter how it sounds, looks, or feels.
we should be grateful to have all this access to the industry, not like some people.
still in the dark ages, government systems, stuffing up the people.

man, how i hate the amateur guitar experts at the youtube community. Speaking of technique and theory they cant master. Critics, withouth anything to have in it.

I get that feeling as well. Almost as if he overdoes the faces.

top best solos ever.

Normally with this type of music/guitarist the song loses it's feel and emotion in lieu of technical perfection. John Petrucci is one of the few exceptions to this, and this shows it. Great examples of this are The Best of Times and The Count of Tuscany. I've always felt true music can tell a story, and give an emotion without a single word being said. It's just amazing to see it unfold. Thank you for sharing this!

@eleventhhour I don't think he usually does. It's a clinic and he endorses mesa so there's a good chance it's just whatever mesa they happened to have at the time

This man may not show emotion, but he sure does with his hands. Damn. That was a beautiful solo.

well i believe vai has feeling, but not as much as JP, he is more of a showman! Very entertaining to go to his concert! But JP talks to your soul while he is playing it!
