A project I had to do for History: It's the 1920s, and you have to sell your product (my group chose a vacuum cleaner) using various forms of ads. Everyone had to do a movie commercial...everyone else just performed it in front of the class, but since when do I do things like other people? And so, this. Enjoy. Music by Kevin MacLeod.

  • they didnt have TV in the 1900s, it was around 1920s i believe, and not to sound racist, but to make it more believable there shouldnt have been a black person in the video not a salesperson anyways, (just stating because back then they were still very racist) and I dont even think they vacum cleaners back then...and coke wasnt in cans they were in glass bottles then.

  • Dude... calm down. This wasn't a professional production here. It was just a couple of teenagers throwing together a video for their History class.

  • beautiful woman with vacuum cleaner

  • those people are really young

  • BUY IT!!! ... ITS SHINY

  • Most of these comments sum up any critiquing I would have done, but I enjoyed the "silent film" part of it. Very good.

  • Very well done, you show great affection for the silent era here

  • who cares this was rlly cool lol

  • They DID have vacuum cleaners then...but it was something like a bicycle pump... I'm not sure they had ELECTRIC vacuum cleaners in 1900... And TV was introduced in 1928 (I think), but it wasn't common until the late '40's or so... By the way, lighten up, buddy. You'll have a happier life. ;)

  • Don't mind him... I think you all did a good job. ;)

  • Oh! Well, no, it wasn't, because I was at a different school my junior year.

  • AP US History, the history class that most juniors are taking.
