  • @ner0nq To my knowledge you can't from a XR, in fact CT scans are needed to diagnose any sort of fibrosis. Lung biopsies are required to differentiate... pls correct me if I'm wrong, or you have added knowledge

  • how can i diagnose the patient as IPF and not any other fibrosis from the chest x-ray,,,and are there special characters for IPF in the x-ray that makes me certain it is???
