Diversity In Dialogue on Que Pasa Nashville
On this episode of Que Pasa Nashville, Cristina Allen talks to Kim Johnson and Diana Holland, from the Scarritt-Bennett Center, about the Diversity In Dialogue series. Diversity in Dialogue (DID) is a six-
week series developed by Scarritt-Bennett Center. It provides a forum for members of the community to share their feelings, opinions and thoughts on race relations, diversity and immigration in a non-defensive, non-critical environment. DID Circles are led by trained facilitators and each circle can accommodate 8 to 12 individuals from diverse backgrounds. The goal is to help participants understand their own and others views on racism, diversity and immigration to create long-term change.
