welp, i finally jumped on the "get sexy" bandwagon. i've recently been having issues with my weight but i can honestly admit that i've been doing nothing about it except for random exercise here and there. i tried to find fittv on my cable but to no avail cuz apparently comcast thinks you should have to pay extra just to get fittv. so, i did a little reasearch and found this lovely little website

it has everything you could possibly need. a BMI calculator, a fitness tracker, weight loss tracker, personalized workout plan based on your current weight and exercise goals that you specify.. it even has a section where you can make journal entries to track your progress in your own words. its amazing and best of all it's free. there's workout videos that cover everything from yoga to kung fu. pilates to kickboxing. its prolly the best thing since sliced bread. i suggest visiting this website to anyone who is interested in setting up a workout plan but doesnt have the funds to get a gym membership or pay extra money to get a channel on their cable. if u dont like it, don't sign up for the FREE membership but if you do, sign up and gets started preserving your sexy too. either way, you have nothing to lose [except maybe a few extra pounds lol].
p.s. thanks DannacaLynn for putting out those weigh in videos. i have a feeling had i not watched them, i never would have REALLY been motivated to get up off my lazy ass and do it.
Doesn't every woman in North America worry about their weight?
I recently was diagnosed with diabetes and discovered that I carbo binge! I now write down what I eat everyday and follow the diabetic guidelines. I've lost 10 pounds in 2months. They also encourage working out. I've been walking an hour every other day. I will look up the web sight you mentioned for additional ideas though!
