why can't you do both??? I'm a natural bodybuilder, martial artist, and i do yoga 3 times a week!!
-
I do yoga and lift weights and have studied 3 different
styles of martial arts BUT I tend to think the best kind of strength to have is MENTAL. So I spent many years raising my IQ from 113 to now 160. Muscle isn't everything so don't forget
to keep reading people!

Okay so ... Yoga sucks ass ??
-
ones scared of death the other is fearless, one beats your ass when you insult his girl the other sits on a mat and meditates about the events that transpired before his girl left him. Ones at the gym pushing the limits the other sits at home broadcasting his envy on youtube.

lol hah this is hilarious

...Lets see a yoga man lift a boulder off his arm and fight off a pack of coyotes....
-
yoga lives bodybuilder dies of cancer. one shoots wheatgrass the other shoots dope.
-
it would have been even more interesting to do yoga positions afterwards and get a look at bodytype from that perspective :)

If I could get a look in between the two I would be satisfied.
You speak too much for a yogi.
And your body is a moving skeleton.
I don't like bodybuilders, but you really don't understand the meaning of yoga.

The bodybuilder did not bring his "A" game he basically let the yoga guy win... now lets have another contest " Yoga VS Bodybuilding: In a Fight". I personally got my money on yoga.

Your the first person who put their money on me in a fight. I have heard this comment several times before. I never wanted my subscribers to know this because I feel terrible about this but I feel inclined to say it at this point. I use to be a fighter. Just over 30 street fights and I never lost a match. only one of the guys i fought was smaller than I was. I was never the bully but I always wanted to punish those who were. I grew up in a land of rednecks ready to scap at every party.

As my conciousness grew I began to realize what a low level of thinking it is to hurt another being. And all I can tell you is this, I wish I could go back to each man and tell him how sorry I am that those events ever took place. And I pray that I will never have to strike another human being in my life. The world is getting crazier everyday and the last thing we need is more fear, anger, and violence.
