This notion of a "war" is a fantasy.

How do you declare war to a group of criminals.? We never declared war to any country. A country cant be at war with a criminal. That is stupid.

You left out how the government helped them out in 93 so if they werent put to death like other terrorists we have put to death that tells you something.

And look whos talking about history.. you would think after 93 happened those buildings would have been evacuated IMMEDIATELY after the first "plane hit" saving countless lives.. but no they were told to remain in the building.. No. Why bring them to Cuba? We keep clinically insane people in our jails and facilities all the time.. they are called Americans.

If the criminals are guilty, try & jail them where they committed their crimes, ones who deserve to die should be executed. But we need solid proof and they dont have it..or KSM wouldnt still be going up for trial.

If he was the "mastermind" hed be dead, but he sat in Gitmo for the last 6 years working our system from the outside.
