  • When I was a little kid in the 1960s, my other brothers participated in the write-in campaign that saved Star Trek for its third season. Nearly half a century later, I'm happy to be able to say that Star Trek has lived long and prospered.

  • It's really strange to have one's past show up on You Tube! I put it on my Facebook, though.

  • Thanks to the original poster of this video! It's like having a mini-time machine to see stuff like this again (yes, I'm old enough to remember this on it's original broadcast). ;-)

  • WTF? Leonard Nimoy with a mustache at 1:47

  • Uhura 4th in command? Wasn't Sulu?

  • 1:40

What the heck was that? Did Shatner blow a raspberry? :P

  • Of course! The Klingons changed because of the Tribbles that Scotty beamed over!

  • Those times seem so exciting.. the 70's and early 80's.. when alot of stuff was happening, when Movies were exciting! And Summer days just seemed warmer, slower and more enjoyable.

  • @hafabee

Sulu often had the 'Com' when Kirk left the bridge
