    great exercises to increase your ability in foreplay

  • I like your Videos. most of them are good training exercises. and 90% do i know from my training in Shao Lin Gong Fu

    but this exercise is not healthy. cause it is realy bad for four your fingers!

    if you do push up like this, bend your fingers a bit!
