Comcast is crappy..even tho their interne tis fast...they have the worst techs and customer service....I ordered the gateway and they didnt add it to my account so no internet for me for a week.....enjoy:)..the song is citizen king-better days

  • NO..IT WASNT MY PC...I TIRED IT ON MY BROS TOO! so stfu or get the fuck out of here....SHITCAST admitted it was their fault...how many times do i have to say it u dumb right bastard

  • No it want becuase MY computer...I had no firewalls or anything ON!...Comcast admitted it was THEIR mistake...They gave me the wrong ac adapter with the gateway and didnt work right so i told them i didnt want it and they tried to turn my old modem back on and couldnt do it over the phone and had to send a tech out to do it for some STUPID reason!...what are they hiding!

  • Watch the video till the end and youll see and get it...I couldnt activate

  • I had their residential and it disconnects often when you play MMORPGs. I switched over to BUSINESS class and now it never discs. Been 3 months flawless. Conclusion is that their residential sucks.

  • @dannyacid83 You are incorrect, if a modem is not added to an account and not provisioned, you will get the activation screen.

  • @D0GBleSSeD If your a comcast tech, you would know that a modem that isn't added to the account would not work. The customer would get the activation screen. A modem needs to be added, and provisioned to an account for it to work.

  • If the modem was not added to the account, he would get the activation screen for sure.  The modem has to be provisioned to the account for it to work. It wasn't this kids fault.

  • @KViT31382 wow youre lucky. my friend just started to have problems now with his internet disconnecting every hour or so, but he never had problems before that.

    if i was a Cust. service rep i'll do the same because there is no way to explain facts about computers with someone like you...
