Wow, i thought someone with as much experience as you would enforce good practices as far as keeping the fish healthy for release, hanging "an easy 5kgs" by there neck's cant be good for them especially leaving them in the live well all day for no good reason. The way those fish were looking at the end of the video, i dont know why you let them go, they were practically dead anyway. You would have been better off taking them home for cat food.

Steve, whats the reason behind live welling the 2 bigger bass and releasing them in a different location? And are they Masked vibes you were using there?

These bass were release back into the saame dam they were caught from. Yes Mask vibes and Jackalls. I've got some of these Jackells on special for $20 limited number, once there gone that it.

Steve, you have TOO MUCH FUN! Since your "summer" is coming up, do the fish bite better this time of the year? What are you fishing: weedlines, rocks?
That pair you released at 8:45 were sure footballs!

Howdy, yeah our Australian Bass activity level increases when it warms up and we caught these hogs up on the flats near a creekbed.
