'Mandy' was written by Karl Rudziak and was produced by County Line and Geoff Webb. It was mixed and engineered by Geoff Webb at The Dugout Studios, Fareham, Hampshire, UK. Recording on the first 'County Line' release in over 20 years took place between November 2010 and January 2011.

'County Line' are: Mark 'Shez' Sheridan (guitar/vocals), Karl Rudziak (guitar/vocals), Gary O' Donnell (vocals), Van Norris (drums) and Ian MacLaughlin (bass)
