Intense Core-Strengthening and Belly Reduction Yoga.
Repeat the first postures five times (downward facing dog swoops into a hovering cobra then reverse swoop back into downward facing dog) then hold a plank for 60 seconds, switch into a side plank, lifting your right leg 5 times, come down to regular plank--hold for 60 seconds--switch the side plank, lifting your left leg 5 times, come down to regular plank--hold for 60 seconds--repeat this 5 times. In total planks will be held for 6 minutes, side planks are done 25 times on each leg.

@MsDancingNinja THANKS for the feedback =) Also, I know I didn't properly explain it in the video... be sure to do the side planks five times/leg, five times each side... so a total of 25 leg-lifts per side. Hold the planks for one minute in between sides for a total of 5 minutes worth of regular planks. Lemme know how it goes!! Would love to hear your experiences :)
