Lester and I stopped to admire the scenery and be dorks at the Governor's Mansion in Guam.

Don't mind my crackly voice, I have a sore throat here.

  • @chesterfeild7 Thanks for the info. Since there are so many other WWII memorabilia around the island, I just assumed this was also a leftover remnant, but now that I really look at it, it does look much older than WWII. As for the mansion, growing up, I've always heard it called the "Governor's Mansion" more often and less "Governor's Office," and the one on the hill by the fort addressed as just the "Governor's House." But yes, it does make sense either way, thanks for pointing that out.

  • That cannon is from the Spanish era from 1700's. Thats the governors office not mansion. The mansion is on top of the hill near the state courthouse. Just a correction enjoy your stay.
