North Central High School Symphony Orchestra performs Chanson de Martin by Edward Elgar under the leadership of Craig Ghormley for the ISSMA state orchestra finals in 2009 at Warren High School
and maybe just kidding about the shifting thing.. I see the front row shifted earlier.. the back row shifted just then though.. (shrug) gave a nice effect to me though either way..
I was a guide for this orchestra throughout their stay at Warren Central and I was standing behind the cellos so I could escort them to their home room after the performance and I've always loved cello (though I'm a violist myself) but, my word, 1:03 through 1:10 is my crack and my heart skipped a beat at 1:08, because the cellist shifts then, and I think the momentum from shifting makes the vibrato richer or something, but it was.. orgasmic.. Absolutely wonderful. ^ ^ Keep it up!!
