fgs people stop falling for these quick and easy ways to get a 6 pack. They dont exist! You have to get your body fat down to 9% max and have to do a lot of cardio before you can even attempt to get abs. Then you need to do muscle building exercises for your whole body aswell as these exercises. And you have to have a very low cal/carb diet.

@guitarcrusher55 How long did it take you to do that? and my little cousin has one too but hes only 10..but turning 11 soon. ANYWAYS he said it took him like 4 months to get a 6 pack

Do routine everday your abs recover quicker than your arms or other muscles and you will get much better results if you do this everyday ( btw 3 times a week will give you virtually no results) at least do it every other day if nothing else
