(I come to you in) Pieces - Aurikku

This video is my baby. I've wanted to make it for years, I've saved it until I could mask. And now I finally have done it. I feel like I could stop editing now, because I've done the one video I always wanted to make.
It's very special to me, and I want to dedicate it to DemonLynk, Happy Birthday dear :) She is a lovely, friendly girl - the kind you don't come across often, and I know she would appreciate Aurikku as much as me :)
I know the vid's not perfect - this is some of my first masking so it's a bit messy - but I just love it.

It had been two years. Two years in the Farplane. He hadn't felt rest for one moment of it. Watching her, following her through the world, his pyreflies letting him take just that last glimpse of her. He couldn't let go. He couldn't lose her.

She thought it was him. Wherever she stood, a pyrefly never seemed far from her. Dancing when she smiled, surrounding her in warmth when she cried.

He called her. She heard him.

"Open your eyes."
This was the first time she'd entered the Farplane, the first time she'd tried to visit him. She hadn't wanted to see him floating there, a memory. At first there was nothing, but then, the pyreflies seemed to swallow her up. She was younger again, her clothes were orange and green, her hair was shorter, the feathers bounced on her shoulderblades.
"We must talk." She looked sad. "Don't make that face."

He smiled. She was as he remembered, and so was he. Her eyes, they struggled to take it all in at first. She closed them, hoping that when she opened them he was still there. "I just thought you should know..." He struggled to find the words he'd needed to say for years.
"I loved you. I just didn't know how to express it."
She held him. It meant everything.
"Don't say that, because we're gonna see each other again, okay...?"
"Maybe...it's time I shaped my own story."
"You'll think of something?"
"Yeah."
She smiled painfully, as she began to return to her world. As she left, he smiled again, sadly. "Forever."

Your baby is beautiful. Simply magical. I teared up. It's so well edited, you'd think it actually happened. I wish it had. Just the little bit of romance between Tidus and Yuna was excruciating. Something more. Something deeper.
