Frankie Valli - The Night w/ LYRICS

Remember walking into a local club when I was 14 and this was on - the girls ran onto the dance floor when they heard the bass and the dance they did mesmorised me.......brilliant! First time I heard it and etched in my memory forever!

Does anyone know why they changed their name from The Four Seasons to Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons?

Presumably for the same reason The Supremes became Diana Ross and The Supremes...

Maybe - either that or someone suggested they would sell better with one definitive frontman

@ClemenzaKimble It all depends on when this was recorded. If it was recorded after Motown completely moved 2 the West Coast/L.A. in like '72-'73, then it's def not Jamerson, cuz Motown left him behind in Detroit, along with the rest of the Funk Brothers....
