BUT there is a such 12 or 13-floor hydro...

But there is no 19-floor hydro.

1. It's spelled "ThyssenKrupp"
2. Not only is that way too fast to be a hydraulic elevator, but way too tall. Definitely traction.
3. Dover Elevator was absorbed by ThyssenKrupp in 2000.

Nice elevator, and there is no such thing as a 19-floor hydraulic elevator. This is a Traction elevator.
