Quick and easy. How to make the most delicious homemade baked cheese nachos ever! The simple trick of course is in making the aluminum foil pan - a great thing as it is disposable and thus less cleanup.

Ingredients: nachos, hot sauce, Mexican cheese (4 cheese blend)

Toasted in a toaster oven these cheezy nachos are great with a cold beer (or two :)! Feel free to add cooked pieces of meat or diced onions before placing in the oven or delicious chili after. Small slices of roasted chicken, ham, or even spaghetti sauce are heavenly with this dish but make sure the cheese goes on top!

  • wow dude that looks so amazing!! i was wondering what kind of cheese is this! because i might make a nachos today!

  • @TotallyWow123 Mexican four cheese is usually a blend of Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Asadero and Queso Quesadilla Cheeses. The recipe might work with other cheeses but I wouldn't vouch for that :). It's got to be Mexican four cheese - the hot sauce is up to you - I prefer Franks' Red Hot or Tabasco. The flavors and texture of this nacho dish really takes me to a happy place.

  • They look great! Thanks.. What is model of that toaster you were using? Do you like it?>

  • @cahoonm It's a Krups (not sure what model). I like it, it's a great toaster oven :)

  • My mouth is watering. Yummy. I want to take your advice and add diced onions and seasoned ground beef to this recipe.

  • Now I'm hungry too. :) I think I'll try spinach with it sometime since it works well in eggs benedict instead of the usual bacon and ham.
