The World Bank has signed a $200 million loan agreement with the Philippines Government to help that country cope with the impact of high food prices. The agreement, signed in Manila, will help the Philippines stabilize domestic food prices and extend support to the countrys poorest and most vulnerable people. A key element is the expansion of a government pilot project for the poor, which makes direct cash payments to poor families who send their children to school and undergo regular health check-ups.

We all know that the Catholics are brainwashed. The cannibal rituals they practice is ridiculous. they were brainwashed by their parents.

  • This is the reason why Catholicism is in decline especially in the Western world because of it's ignorance of the welfare of it's adherents, BIRTH CONTROL for the Philippines, they make the teaching of Jesus irrelevant to the people in need of change for the better.

  • Thank you for the funding. Hope this funds didn't go to Philippines corrupt officials. Who monitors the funds?

  • Support our organization, help poor filipinos. View a video in my channel. MAKE A DIFFERENCE (Gawad Kalinga)

  • Thank You WB for the initiative. However, it it is better to put funding on "Birth Control" so as to end poverty in the region. Help the Philippine government's fight on curving population explosion (against some of the influential and self-serving Catholic Priests).
