9-4-11 Mercenary X performing The Trooper and Barracuda by Iron Maiden and Heart

On September 4, 2011, Mercenary X played a live set at BFE rock club in Houston, Texas. This is one of our cover mash-ups from that set - The Trooper by Iron Maiden from the album Piece of Mind and Barracuda by Heart from the album Little Queen.

Despite seemingly disparate genres, the two songs fit together very nicely due to their common galloping main riffs. I'm also playing the guitar harmonies on the keyboard mounted on my tenor drums using a string patch.
