  • You can train rings almost every day if you rest often between sets and avoid failure. If you want to train intensity do with 2-3 days a week and listen to your joints and recovery levels

  • Really good video! Started doing ring work today, how often should I be training on them?

  • Thanks guys - just did my first ring muscle up thanks to this video!! Realized I had the strength all along but the technique was lacking. The progression and focus on pushing your head through made me figure out the right technique at last!
