You have to register it on-line. And they record the Serial Number of your mac.

hold on how does this all work ecause it looks like your basically buying a box with a cd in it, how would they know if you have applecare or not? Do they Program it into their system?

apple care is to extend the warranty for two more yearsontop of the year you get with the apple machine.

oh whoa!!! neat... thats nice... most gurls i kno dont care about computers or tech... they just use it to type stuff for school, chat and post pictures on the internet!!! lol... im a HUGE mac fan too... actually, i shud b hired by apple as a sales exec... haha... ive convinced so many to buy macs... so u into the whole comp stuff? wat do u kno? do u program?
