Supp Group #4 "Learning To Love Yourself"

My 4th support group visit at Obesity Solutions in Gainesville GA. I'm still pre-op for the sleeve. The insurance company has acknowledged having my application for approval. Now we'll have to wait on them. There was one gal there that had the sleeve 11 months ago and has lost 145 #.

Thanks for sharing such positive things with us. I agree, I think we have it backwards...we need to love ourselves before we lose weight, not the other way around. It is true, we can't give anyone what we don't have.  It's true, love is a choice!!
