Another video, again. And it was all my idea. Wow. ...
Anyway, for those who don't know what the hell an "Eclipse party" is... well, it's an optional fight included in the Solaufen romance mod. As the name might suggest with this mod you can make Solaufein, the follower of Eilistraee you meet in the Underdark, not only a member of your party but also somebody to love and have... fun... with ;)
The mod itself features some "hard" battles, whith this one being the hardest one. But on the other hand... it's optional. As the character's on her solo trip through the game (duh) I had to use the console to trigger the battle, just in case you wondered. Basically you face a party consisting of a kensai, a druid, a sorcerer, a barbarian, a cleric and an anti-paladin (some kit introduced via modding which is, in my opinion, totally unbalanced. Imagine some inquisitor. Got it? Add "dispels on hit" [as Carsomyr] to his abilities. Can even be dual classed. Bah.) who serve some dark power. If you talk with them you get some funny dialogue, by the way.
Anyway... if you're wondering about those Timestops, well, they get one every round. Yup, totally fair, eh? Not that big of a deal though, if you can cast PfMW, that is.
People tend to find this battle is horribly difficult, so I wanted to see whether I can solo it, or not. Um... I am actually able to do so. Basically it's the same thing as in every other major battle: know your buffs. Oh, if you're wondering about the guys lying on the ground all of a sudden, well, that's due to some nice spell usually overlooked by many players (as it seems... kinda): Emotion. If they fail the save they're going to lie there and... do nothing. Awaiting death and feeling all depressed is all they can do ;). Emos ^^
Again, basic stuff:
- my game is (obviously) modded. You can ask if something's unclear but it's not unlikely that it's related so some fix/tweak/whatever introduced by one of the mods
- my quickslots are filled with scrolls of Protection from Magic Weapons, Timestop and a Wand of Spell Striking
- the character is a Fighter/Mage/Cleric
- it's the German version, if you wonder about the voices
About the battle itself: Well, could have been faster. The Timestops are annyoing at best. Whatever... one thing which annoys me is that the sorcerer gets his spell protection buffs some seconds later, as it seems. So I have to wait a bit to remove his beloved buffs. Not really a big problem though. My main concern is not getting shredded into tiny bits during the "total eclipses" (read: Timestops), while casting one spell per round and doing something useful, like, say, turning the enemies' skulls into a bloody pulp. All hail Emotion, which took out the kensai guy the very second the battle started ^^. And all hail Chain Contingency as well ;)
After all it was quite acceptable, I guess. It's (again) not a video about speed.
Oh, just in case you couldn't have guessed so: insane again (see first second).
This video is, again, also meant as some sort of parody. This is not intended to be some show off crap. So... any more requests?
Comments are of course appreciated. Sorry about the quality.

... Hass.

Well, at least I offer a description that might explain a few things. Sadly, many people still don't read it. Maybe a severe case of tl;dr - who knows?

Are u using 2 weapons at once or just flail of ages and shield cause I can't really see through that mess. And why the fuk f/m/c gets only 2 points in 2-handed style while f/m/t can go with 3 - gay!

I don't see a point in using a shield in most cases, so...
On the other hand, at least in a properly patched/fixed game every class with warrior aspects (say, R/C, F/M/C) can max the dual wield weapon style. However, seeing how I have developed a tendency to use the multiclass grandmastery tweak, I wouldn't care much if two points were the maximum - I'd rather put five into a third weapon. The exception to this are classes with two points maximum per weapon, naturally.
