Journalist Eli Seckbach interviews Brooklyn Monk, Antonio Graceffo, and martial arts expert, Lee Lollio, in Los Angeles. In interview 1, Eli asks the very volatile question, "Which is the best martial art?" Interview 2 asks Antonio to comment on his experiences training in temples in Asia.

  • I just got back to the States after spending a month in Malaysia (fiance is from KL), I stumbled onto you after listening to the Eddie Goldman Podcast - Just checkin out some of your vids & the living the dream show. Cool stuff!! Maybe we can cross paths next time I'm in Malaysia..............

  • I really find that a lot of martial arts don't train against an unwilling oponent.

    I'm not for full out sparring but I've seen some students more in the technique which I wasn't even initiateing.

  • @momobena I just did a radio show in Manhattan, so we could call it, the Brooklyn Monk in Manhattan.

  • @AChozenSunn It is an excellent martial art, but for fighting, yes, it's completely useless.
