You just got me interested in these. Reminds me a lot of the band HUM.

I love the tone you have without the pedal.

@crxshdxmmy Okay cool. I've heard a lot of people call this a "Big Muff on Steroids" so I was just wondering what you felt about that. I've been looking at the tone wicker big muff along with this recently.

@crxshdxmmy hehe, i always thought it was 9v neg and positive adapters are similar to the ones used to power up moogerfoogers, thanks

@pacoymarquez A Boss adapter is +9v.... so yes, you can. :)

@crxshdxmmy
I read a review that said this pedal doesn't "play nice w/ others"... Can you comment on that? I'm seriously considering getting one of these, but I like layering effects too much to have a fuzzbox that will ONLY let me use the fuzzbox:P
Thanks for posting!

@yobhsiFehT Sorry, but I don't have this pedal anymore. I don't remember experiencing any problems with it, though. I'll say this much, however, the EQ of this thing is pretty extreme. It has the fattest low end I've ever heard out of a fuzz.

would you say this is better than a big muff?

@FeedbackStL There are MANY Big Muff variants to choose from, so that's a tough question. This is just a different flavor... but I'll say this much — the Swollen Pickle has the fattest low end I've ever heard out of a pedal like this. If that's something you'd like, this one may be for you.
