Watch in High Quality!

Fully loaded Northwest Airlines 598 to Minneapolis, Minnesota departs Portland, Oregon on a 95 degree awesome Summer day giving us a spectacular view of the Cascade mountains.

Credit to Paul Carter for the two photos he snapped of my departure. You can check his great photostream out at - www.Flickr.com/Photos/Planephotoman

Also credit to uguhu yap Trace aka iflyc77 for helping me find ATC off of LiveAtc.net

Enjoy!

  • Excellent video, love the way you do things, looking for more from you, thank you for posting and doing it :)

  • Np...

  • @PilotOfNorway91 thanks

  • From my experience on NW's B753s my favorite positions for optimum sounds from the PW2040s was from the same position the video was shot back to a couple rows behind the wing. It all depends on personal preferences I guess.

  • what seat were you in because im going to be on a 757-300 from Minneapolis to Detroit i want the best engine sound

  • Excellent!!! Miss it already and I was just there like three days ago...

  • great vid

  • Is it just me, or are the 747-4xxs starting to smoke really bad? -_-
