  • "Health and Safety is a load of shit" Well try telling that to the people who have and will die from asbestos related illnesses in the next 30 plus years. It's peoples abuse of sensible H&S procedures which is the problem. Also people who use it as an excuse not to do anything anymore combined with the compensation culture we now have in this country....thats the problem. People have had to die in the past so you can have a safe place of work. Is that all shit as well?

  • WHY WASNT THE LADDER SECURED AT THE TOP, WHAT A PRIZE KNOB HEAD, abolish health and saftey they are a waste of space,,

  • HHHhaah

  • You fail LOL

  • Silly man! Ban Ladders! there dangerous! Also ban hammers and screw drivers there dangerous too, oh, and also definiatly BAN cars!

  • He fell off because he was not wearing a hi vi jacket

  • The system doesn't work. He just proved it. Unless you actually use it correctly. Then it works.

  • @kempouk

Well, I've never seen any contractors do that and it doesn't seem very feasible to be drilling holes all over somebody's exterior wall, especially if it's got masonry or aluminum/vinyl siding. If one can't keep his balance on a ladder or set it up so it's stable, then he shouldn't be in the home repair industry.

  • @logik316 you need to drill a anchor eye in the wall to secure the ladder before any work is carried out

  • @kempouk

What are you going to tie it to. I've known house painters, and none of them secure a ladder at the top. Then again, they also keep at least one hand on the ladder at all times and don't perform stupid stunts like this guy.

  • Haha my teacher told me about this today when we were doing health and safety hse fail
