What is your vacuum pump for exactly? How much are they to buy?

Visions of shards of glass imploding any second.

Near the end I really expect to hear Trent Reznor start screaming at any moment...

@kzam717 - The glass is just a large peice of glass "says defrosta on it". largest glass I could find. The pump is a vacuum pump that uses an air compressor to spin an internal wheel. As the air pressure pushes one side of the wheel, the other side pulls air from the chamber. I can only get about 28" Mercury (enough for silicon degas), I think if I had 150PSI I could boil water at room temperature. with 29"-30"

@Mad Professor: ::EVIL CACKLES & MINAICAL LAUGHTER::
-------
@pr502: I'm not collecting the gasses, I'm just making it easier for them to get out of my silicone
-------
@ emagen: No Filter, I bought one, but never bothered to install it...might be a good idea.
-------
@shaolincrest: I didn't start the fire...or try and fight it.
