Or some kind of swimming... Some of the legs gave up under the stress, and some motions are going the wrong way...but hey, its a start!

Now, back to making new parts and ordering stronger servo's!

  • Many thanks for the quick reply. Could i bother you for a schematic and what control software did you use? Sorry about this, just starting out - more used to quadcopters.

  • @MrRefractions schematic is not really there, i connected the servo's directly to the servo's and the arduino. Funny, im just looking into quadcopters :)

I Used the arduino program to write the code. Then i used Flash to create some interface with SerProxy. I'm quite at home with those 2, hence this choice. You can PM me your email if you want my source code

  • Hi, Looks good. Would you be able to give some more info, servos used, main board - looks like arduino. Did you use a seperate servo controller? Sorry for all the questions.

  • @MrRefractions I used standard servo's (Modelcraft RS-2 Or paralax standard servo's) with only the Arduino Mega. Just make sure you have a strong enough battery (mine is a Lipo 2000 mAh 8,4v) and it can control all of them with no problems

  • Many thanks for all your help. Regarding quadcopters i can recommend multiwii.com and aeroquad.com.
