Although I agree that he should not be killed under any circumstances, I do not agree with how Mrs. Blanton acts. If she preaches the Love of God and claims to be a christian, she should defeat them with love.
I have compassion for her, but she should not wish for other's demise regardless. She needs to let go of the anger, but not the passion.
The death penalty should not exist, but if Reginald Blanton did kill, I think he should stay in jail.
