From WSBTV.com, Once priced at $40 million, walk inside Dean Gardens today on Nelson's News. See the 32,000 square foot mansion, the gardens and even the amphitheater in the backyard. It's back on the market for $13.9 million. Update Aug. 2010, Tyler Perry bought it and plans on tearing it down.
