The Crossing

An orchestral theme that was written in tribute to my Norwegian grandfather, a ship captain during WWI. The Crossing represents the forlorness of our ancestors as they traversed the open seas. Hope you like ; )

If this piece were performed by a big orchestra like the Boston Pops, it would be just another timeless/ classic film score. You write like the big guys; horner, williams, silvestri, etc... congratulations

Beautiful. Well done. As Norsemen we are all seafarers when on the sea, and warriors when on the land. This brought tears to my eyes because it reminded me of Weserubung.
