"City Lights", written by Keef Louda and directed by Tyler Johnson, is a dramatic crime thirller... Set in NYC, Keith Foster is a drug hustler who leaves his pregnant girlfriend behind in VA to help his friends take down a drug kingpin in New York City. While in NYC, Keith Foster's past demons start to catch up to him. Including his brother, Collin Foster, a suspended NYPD detective who's called back to duty when his brother becomes part of an ongoing police investigation into New York City's largest drug Kingpin.
