SPELT FLAT BREAD OR PIZZA DOUGH
Blood type friendly recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups - Spelt Flour
½ cup - Rice Flour
¼ cup - Ground Flax Seed Meal
¼ cup Soy Flour (optional)
¼ cup - Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
1 tsp. - Sea salt
½ cup - Water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, put all flour into a mixing bowl with salt, mix. Then add egg and oil, mix thoroughly. Next add water ¼ cup first mix then knead with hands till mixed then slowly add more water and knead for at least 3 minutes. Dough should be moist not sticky. Put on pizza stone, roll out and bake for 15-20 minutes.
QUINOA FLAT BREAD OR PIZZA DOUGH
