fuck functions as any part of speech. it is not inconceivable that he's using the -en suffix, as in broken, sharpen, etc. to make fuck an adjective - fucken.

now obviously this isn't the case, clearly it's just a cultural thing of saying fucken instead of fuckin because they sound similar and it's slang, they're not thinking about the grammar. but you could still be wrong :p

fucken is a lot more common in Canada, where it does sound like more that (fuck-en, fuck-an) than fuck-in.
