@victorvarela90 He's only a few months old, I don't think he's aging! He just has normal tortoise skin.

@victorvarela90 The thin skin around his neck is so he can stretch and collapse in and out of his shell. It doesn't really change much. Look up some video of older sulcata tortoises, you'll see what I mean. :)

I just saw a video of an adult turtle eating a hibiscus flower and the skin of her neck was no different. was pretty fast when he saw the food.
