sorry for any rudeness i was drunk when i typed that my car pc is gona have a quad core and over 3 gigs of ram with a sweet video card i gata get it part by part im using 2 m4 atx psu`s

@aterack833 Yo man, that access panel is just a simple program called ''Access Control'' you just put in into your start menu folder and it starts before the program. i just turn the key now and have to press nothing apart from the 4digit code to enter. Although you have to change settings on win xp so it does NOT use the welcome screen.
